Our processing times are 1 - 7 Business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Most orders will ship within 5 business days. During special sales and shop events this time may be extended and will be communicated on the shop announcement header.

Shipping insurance for your order can be purchased on our cart page. The cost is calculated on your order total before shipping.

1. Estimated Arrival: 2 - 6 Weeks
2. This economy shipping method uses a combination of shipping carriers. Estimated delivery date is usually available once the package reaches your local carrier.
3. The package is shipped from our location using USPS and travels to a international shipping hub in the USA. This portion usually takes about 1 week.
4. The package now awaits transportation to its final destination. With an economy package, this route can have some layovers in other countries once it leaves the USA.
5. Once the package arrives in your country, the final "delivery tracking number" will be available to be clicked on for more detailed tracking.

• Estimated Arrival: 2 - 10 Business Days
• We highly recommend using this method as it is usually as fast as using our DHL and UPS calculated rates.
• This method uses Fedex to ship packages to the destination country and their partnered mail carrier or Fedex will make the final delivery.
• You will have access to Fedex's customer service by phone in multiple countries throughout the shipping process
• Please note that this shipping method is available to some locations only. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will use our economy shipping instead and refund any extra costs.

Calculated rates based on weight and destination are available at checkout.

All the delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates by the carrier, not guaranteed and do not include our processing times.

The customer is responsible for any taxes and custom charges. Please keep an eye on your tracking as your package may be returned to sender if these fees are not paid on time.

Once the package leaves our facility we release all monetary responsibility to the customer. 8Lotus is not responsible for any late delivery, undeliverable addresses, rejected packages or uninsured lost packages. We highly recommend purchasing order insurance for your order before checking out.

The customer is responsible for filing claims for insurances included with your shipping carrier.

If you purchased insurance for your order through us prior to checking out, please email hello@8lotus.co to file a claim. Insurance Claims must be made within 120 days of shipment.

Waiting times before a claim can be filed:

• Domestic: 20 days
• International: 40 days

In order to ensure that all products received by our customers are brand new, we do not restock returned products and do not accept returns.

This practice also ensures that our customers receives our services without paying for the cost of returns for others.

We accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order if it has not been fulfilled. Please note that payment processing fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the order total should the original payment method be selected.
