Production / Processing Times:
Regular Orders: 1 - 7 Business Days (Up to 1.5 Weeks)
Special Orders: 1 - 15 Business Days (Up to 3 Weeks)
Subscription Boxes: Ships the next month on the 15 - 20th
Delivery Time = Shipping Time + Production / Processing Time
Business Days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping: All items from a single order will be shipped together once they are all ready. If you would like non-special order items to be shipped first, please place these items into a separate order so shipping can be calculated correctly. Estimated delivery time = Shipping Time + Production / Processing Time.
Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellations. Please double check your sizes and be sure of your order before placing it, thank you in advance for your understanding.
Planner Sizes: If you are new, don't forget to double check your planner size here. Our A6 size is true international A6 and measures 105 x 148mm.
