General
Our subscription box is designed to offer a diverse range of new release products at a significant discount, allowing you to discover new favorites. The products included will be in line with our style. If you are not familiar with our products, we encourage you to browse our website to get a feel of what we offer.
We recognize that individual preferences vary, and while we strive to include items that will appeal to a broad audience, it’s possible that not every product will align perfectly with your personal needs. For those who prefer to tailor their purchases precisely to their preferences, we recommend exploring our a la carte products, where each item can be purchased separately at its regular price. This option ensures you receive exactly what you want, without any surprises.
If you already subscribe to another subscription box, please keep in mind that you may receive similar seasonal products. For example, during the winter months we are likely to include some products and / or colors that reflects the season which may be similar to other subscriptions.
Our boxes ships the next month on the 15 - 20th. This means you will be waiting for a few weeks before receiving your order. Our subscriptions renews on the 21st and initial subscription signup start as early as the 1st of the month.
Our subscription boxes are designed to be a surprise each month so we do not share the contents of what is included. However, you can expect to receive the following type of products:
- Planner Inserts (Classic & Deluxe Box)
- Planner Dashboards (Classic & Deluxe Box)
- Other Stationery / Accessories (Deluxe Box)
Shipping
Your subscription order will be shipped between the 15 to 20th of the next month from your order date. For example if your subscription order was placed on January 10th, your box will ship in February between the 15 - 20th.
If the shipping dates falls on a weekend, your order will be shipped on the next business day since the post office is not open on weekends.
Our subscriptions can be shipped to anywhere in the world. Please see shipping rates at checkout. Some addresses may be eligible for our bi-monthly shipping to help save on shipping costs. Please take into consideration that our Deluxe Boxes have some items that are time sensitive or seasonal. To see if your address is eligible and to enroll, please send us an email to hello@8lotus.co

Billing
Your first subscription order will be charged on the date you subscribed and subscription renewal orders will be charged on the 21st of each month.
To avoid being charged again, you can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account and then going to: manage your subscription. Please note that cancellations will apply to the future orders, existing orders cannot be canceled. Once your subscription is canceled, you will lose your reserved spot and any promotional prices associated with your canceled subscription.
We do not offer any options to skip or pause your subscription as our subscription spots are for active subscribers only.
We will reserve your subscription spot for 48 hours if the payment is unsuccessful. Our system will attempt to retry the payment once a day. After this time your subscription will be automatically cancelled and removed. You can also retry your updated payment by pressing the "retry" link next to the failed payment.
If you have not canceled your subscription, your price will remain unchanged. Thank you for your continued support!
Since we launched our subscription boxes in July 2024, prices may increase in the future due to rising costs or added value introduced since the initial launch which the prices are based on.
Orders
New spots will be added to our website each month and offered first to our customers on the waiting list. Remaining spots will be added to our website.
We recommend ordering one Deluxe Subscription and Classic Subscription(s) for additional sizes. This way you won't have duplicates of the additional stationery items that comes in the Deluxe Subscription in addition to specific sized products.

Subscription boxes have the same warranty and customer care as our regular orders. If there is a problem with a product due to our mistake, please do not hesitate to reach out to us anytime—we'll make sure to take care of you and make it right.
