Subscriptions

Yes, our subscriptions can be shipped to anywhere in the world.

Your subscription will be shipped on the 15 - 20th of the following month. For example if your subscription order was placed on January 10th, you will receive the items sent out between February 15 - 20th.

Your subscription will be charged on the same day as your initial subscription date every month. If you would like to change the date your subscription is charged, please cancel and resubscribe on the day you would like to be charged.

You can skip, pause or cancel your subscription any time by logging into your 8LOTUS account. Please note that if you change your subscription after your initial subscription day, it will be applied to the following month. For example if you subscribed on the 15th of the month, please cancel before the 15th to ensure the new order does not go through.
