    1. Delivery times are estimated at checkout and do not include processing times.
    2. The customer is responsible for any customs / tax charges for orders outside of the United States. We highly recommend the customer to check with their preferred shipping carrier (USPS, DHL or UPS) to confirm these charges before placing an order. 
    3. Orders over $100 in the USA may require signature upon delivery.
    4. 8Lotus is not responsible for any "late" delivery or lost packages, but please contact us for assistance.
