Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world from Texas, United States. Your package will be carefully packaged and sent via the shipping method of your choice. Our standard shipping is the most economic way to receive your package but can take up to 6 weeks if you are in a remote location.
To check if your order qualifies for our FedEx upgrade, please contact us with your full shipping address. FedEx packages usually arrives in 1 week.

Our orders are normally processed in 1 - 7 business days and special orders requiring customizations are processed in 1 - 15 business days. During product releases, store sales and peak holiday seasons, processing times are extended.

Processing time is the time needed to prepare an order once we receive it. Variation in processing times depends on the number of orders before yours and if there are any special order items that requires to be made (eg. custom dividers, notebooks, inserts, etc)
Our customized special order products are in high demand and we always have a queue of orders waiting to be fulfilled. We carefully craft and inspect each product that we produce and unfortunately cannot offer any options to rush your order. If you wish to receive the rest of your order quickly, please order any customized / special order products separately. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
Orders
Please carefully review your order prior to making a purchase. You may request cancellation within 1 hour of your order in case there were any mistakes. Please let us know as soon as possible by sending your order number to our email: hello@8lotus.co
On the rare occasion that replies does not get sent successfully or we missed your email, please try to resend the original email, use the website chat feature to reach us or message us on Instagram @8lotus.co
If you arrived on our website through an affiliate link, there should be a "shopping with" banner at the top of the website. Alternatively, you can mention the person that inspired your purchase in the "notes" section of the cart page prior to checking out.
Additional Items
You can request to add additional items to your order. Please note that the processing/production time will be based on date of the last item added to your order.
Removing Items
We are not able to remove any items after our 1 hour cancellation period of placing your order as it has been moved to production.
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer combined shipping.

On rare occasions during download a file may become damaged. Usually this is easily fixed by downloading again. If you still are experiencing problems, please send us a screen shot of the error message to hello@8lotus.co
Special Order
Although we do not accept any custom orders, you can request personalization on our existing designs for a fee (starting at $25). Limited spots available per month.
Personalization examples:
- title and subtitle change
- adding dates with Monday or Sunday start
- changing the hours on designs with timeline layouts
- changing a lined element to dot grid or grid
Please note that these services are not available during peak season from October - January.
Our special order spots are opened at the beginning of each month with limited availability. From October - January these spots are likely to be filled up more quickly.
Printed Inserts
You can order any undated insert via our printing service page.
There are several ways to order our planner inserts or dashboards unpunched:
- You can order through our Undated Printing Service page.
- Add the unpunched service add on to your order
- All special order products are made individually so you can request them unpunched by leaving a note at checkout.
Rewards Program
Points for referrals are awarded when the new customer has placed an order using your referral code. Points will not be awarded if you referred yourself.
You can apply your discount code to your order at checkout. If you already have discounts in your order our system cannot apply your reward discount, please email us to claim your reward and we can refund the difference on your order.
