Shipping
Yes, we ship all over the world from Texas, United States. Your package will be carefully packaged and sent via the shipping method of your choice. Our standard shipping is the most economic way to receive your package but can take up to 6 weeks if you are in a remote location.
To check if your order qualifies for our FedEx upgrade, please contact us with your full shipping address. FedEx packages usually arrives in 1 week.
Our orders are normally processed in 1 - 7 business days and special orders requiring customizations are processed in 1 - 15 business days. During product releases, store sales and peak holiday seasons, processing times are extended.
Processing time is the time needed to prepare an order once we receive it. Variation in processing times depends on the number of orders before yours and if there are any special order items that requires to be made (eg. custom dividers, notebooks, inserts, etc)
Our customized products are in high demand and we always have a queue of orders that are waiting to be made. If you wish to receive the rest of your order quickly, please order any customized / special order products separately.
Ordering
Printed Inserts
You can order any undated insert via our printing service page.
Please let us know as soon as possible via email if you made a mistake with your order. If your order has not been processed yet, we will cancel your order and provide a store credit so you can quickly place your order again with the correct items. We are no longer editing orders to avoid confusion and mistakes during fulfillment.
Unpunched insert can be ordered via our printing service page or by adding this unpunched add on product to your order.
We are not able to cancel your order if it has already shipped.
Cancellation
Please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order to request cancellations. Your order will be refunded minus the non-refundable processing fee or you can receive a store credit of the full amount.
Changing an order
If you need to change your order, you will need to request a cancellation within 3 hours of your order and a store credit will be provided to reorder.
Although we do not accept any custom orders, you can request personalization on our existing designs for a fee (starting at $25). Limited spots available per month.
Personalization examples:
- title and subtitle change
- adding dates with Monday or Sunday start
- changing the hours on designs with timeline layouts
- changing a lined element to dot grid or grid
