We offer shipping all around the world. Countries outside of US will be priced by weight, which will be calculated at checkout along with estimated shipping times. Please check our processing times to see when your items will be shipped.
When we begin preparing your order, you will receive an email or text message containing tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for new updates on your new tracking number.
After processing times, shipping for orders within US generally take less than 5 business days to be delivered. A shipping estimate time will be shown at checkout depending on which shipping method is selected.
If your order has not shipped we may be able to combine multiple or add items to an existing order. Please contact us with your order number(s) and any item(s) you wish to add. Combined orders may qualify for a shipping credit in the form of a store giftcard.
Please note that the processing time will be pushed back according to the time of the most recent added or combined item(s).
We accept returns when notified within 7 days of delivery and received back within 14 days for physical products. All returned item(s) must be unused, in new condition, in their original packaging and include any free gifts that were given. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the initial shipping costs; on orders that received free shipping courtesy of 8Lotus a $5 - 10 USD shipping deduction will be added. Any items kept and not returned, will be deducted from the refund total at its full retail price. This includes products that were discounted or gifted with the original purchase. We will send an email once the item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed. You must contact us and receive a RMA number in order for us to process your return. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment. Late returns received within 30 days will receive a store credit of the same refund amount.
