Yes, we ship all over the world from Texas, United States. Your package will be carefully packaged and sent via the shipping method of your choice. Our standard shipping is the most economic way to receive your package but can take up to 6 weeks if you are in a remote location.
To check if your order qualifies for our FedEx upgrade, please contact us with your full shipping address. FedEx packages usually arrives in 1 week.
You can find our most up to date processing times shown at the top of our website and on our cart page before checkout.
Regular orders are normally processed in 1 - 10 business days and special orders are processed in 1 - 15 business days. During product releases, store sales and peak holiday seasons, processing times are extended by an additional 5 - 10 business days. This information will be communicated in throughout our website and on our cart page before checkout.
If you need to receive your order by a specific date. We'd be happy to provide a timeframe to you via email before placing your order to see if our processing times are compatible with your deadline. You can reach us at hello@8lotus.co.
Since our peak holiday processing time can be up to 25 business days for special orders, we recommend placing your order before the end of October to ensure your order is shipped before mid November. This leaves ample time for your package to arrive on time in case there are any delays due to the holiday shipping rush experienced by all carriers.
Unfortunately we do not accept order changes as noted before checkout. Kindly double check your order and ensure that all items are correct before placing it. Thank you so much!
Customers cannot edit the shipping address on exiting order and subscriptions. Please contact us at hello@8lotus.co to change the address on an existing order or subscription.

On rare occasions during download a file may become damaged. Usually this is easily fixed by downloading again. If you still are experiencing problems, please send us a screen shot of the error message to hello@8lotus.co
Special Order
Although we do not accept custom orders, you can request personalization on our existing designs. Limited spots available per month to customers who have previously shopped with us before.
Personalization examples:
- title and subtitle change
- adding dates with Monday or Sunday start
- changing the hours on designs with timeline layouts
- changing a lined element to dot grid or grid

Printed Inserts
You can order any printed undated insert via our printing service page. Please note that this service may not available during our peak season.
There are several ways to order our planner inserts or dashboards unpunched:
- You can order through our Undated Printing Service page.
- All special order products are made individually so you can request them unpunched by leaving a note at checkout.

Rewards Program
Points for referrals are awarded when the new customer has placed an order using your referral code. Points will not be awarded if you referred yourself.
You can apply your discount code to your order at checkout. If you already have discounts in your order our system cannot apply your reward discount, please email us to claim your reward and we can refund the difference on your order.
