Your subscription order will be shipped by the 20th of the next month from your order date. For example if your subscription order was placed on January 10th, your box will ship in February between the by the 20th.
If the shipping dates falls on a weekend, your order will be shipped on the next business day since the post office is not open on weekends.
Billing
Your first subscription order will be charged on the date you subscribed and subscription renewal orders will be charged on the 21st of each month.
To avoid being charged again, you can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account and selecting the subscription you would like to cancel. We do not offer any options to skip or pause your subscription as our subscription spots are for active subscribers only.
We will reserve your subscription spot for 48 hours if the payment is unsuccessful. Our system will attempt to retry the payment once a day. After this time your subscription will be automatically cancelled and removed. You can also retry your updated payment by pressing the "retry" link next to the failed payment.
