Most of our products are either made to order or made in small batches. Please allow the following production / processing times for us to produce and pack your order:

Regular Orders: 1 - 7 Business Days
Special Orders: 1 - 15 Business Days

Business Days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that all items from a single order will be shipped together once they are all ready. If you would like non-special order items to be shipped first, please place these items into a separate order.
