Our products are prepared in small batches or made to order. Please allow the following times for us to prepare your order:

• Current Regular Orders (Holiday Season): 1 - 10 Business Days
• Special Orders: 1 - 15 Business Days
• Sale Events: 1-12 Business Days
• Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays and store breaks.

Please note that all shipping times at checkout are estimated by the carrier and does not include our processing times.

• USA: $7.95 Flat Rate, Calculated Rates by weight
• International: $19.95 USD+, Calculated Rates by weight
• Rates & estimated delivery time available at checkout
• Insured shipping methods are highly recommended to protect your package

Shipping Policy

1. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include processing times.
2. The customer is responsible for any customs / tax charges.
3. Once the package leaves our facility we release all monetary responsibility to the customer. 8Lotus is not responsible for any late delivery, undeliverable addresses, rejected packages or uninsured lost packages, but please contact us for assistance.
4. Insurance Claims must be made within 120 days of shipment. Domestic waiting time: 20 days. International waiting time: 40 days. If you purchased insurance at checkout, please contact us to file a claim.
5. For Insurance included with USPS or UPS, the customer is responsible for filing the claims.
