Frequently Asked Questions
Billing
Before November 2024: Your subscription will be charged on the same day as your initial subscription date every month. If you would like to change the date your subscription is charged, please cancel and resubscribe on the day you would like to be charged.
Starting November 2024: Your first subscription order will be charged on the date you subscribed and subscription renewal orders will be charged on the 21st of each month.
You can cancel your subscription any time by logging into your account and then going to: manage your subscription. Please note that cancellations will apply to the future orders, existing orders cannot be canceled. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will lose all subscriber perks and any promotional prices associated with your previous subscription.
We will reserve your subscription spot for 48 hours if the payment is unsuccessful. Our system will attempt to retry the payment once a day. After this time your subscription will be automatically cancelled. You can also retry your updated payment by pressing the "retry" link next to the failed payment.
Orders
We recommend ordering one Deluxe Subscription and Classic Subscription(s) for additional sizes. This way you won't have duplicates of the additional stationery items that comes in the Deluxe Subscription in addition to specific sized products.

- We recognize that individual preferences vary, and while we strive to include items that will appeal to a broad audience, it’s possible that not every product will align perfectly with your personal needs.
- For those who prefer to tailor their purchases precisely to their preferences, we recommend exploring our a la carte products, where each item can be purchased separately at its regular price. This option ensures you receive exactly what you want, without any surprises.

Address Change
You can change the address of your subscription by going to manage subscriptions. Changes made will apply to future subscription orders only. If you need to change the address for an existing order, please contact us at hello@8lotus.co
Size Change
When spots are available, you can change your subscription size by going to manage subscriptions. Changes made will apply to future subscription orders only. If you would like to change your size for future subscription renewals when spots are not open, please send us an email at hello@8lotus.co.
Subscription boxes have the same warranty and customer care as our regular orders. If there is a problem with a product due to our mistake, please do not hesitate to reach out to us anytime—we'll make sure to take care of you and make it right. Shipping
Yes, our subscriptions can be shipped to anywhere in the world. Please see shipping rates at checkout.
Your subscription will be shipped on the 15 - 20th of the following month. For example if your subscription order was placed on January 10th, you will receive the items sent out between February 15 - 20th. If the shipping dates falls on a weekend, your tracking will have its first scan updates the following business day.
