Spacing

**Measurements are of the distance between each ring and each set of rings. Most ring planners will have two sets of three rings. Each of the three rings in one set are 19mm apart. The distance between the two set of rings will vary. For example, personal rings have a distance of 50mm between the two set of three rings. A5 have a distance of 70mm between the two set of three rings.

A6

For A6 Planner cover owners, please double-check your ring size. There are many imported planner covers from China (especially on Amazon) labeled as A6 but are actually personal size. The reason for this is that in China, the actual A6 size is called “奇葩 A6 (weird/odd A6?)” and “A6” is used for personal size. Confusing indeed since A6 is an international paper size (from the same system as A1, A2, A3, A4 etc).
Our A6 inserts are a true to size (105 x 148mm) and will only fit in an actual A6 planner cover. For examples of true A6 planners, see A6 planner covers from Mulberry, VanDerSpek and Gillio Firenze. Ring spacing: 38mm or 1.5 in between the 2 set of 3 rings.
A6 size is NOT personal size. The personal size measures 91 x 171 mm and was first introduced by Filofax in 1930.

Where to Purchase Planner Covers?

Material Options

Matte Plastic: This thin, translucent material brings a luxurious finish to your planner set up without adding bulk. Layering is a dream as there is no visible paper fibers. This material will have a consistent look throughout and there are no black or brown dots that may appear in our other translucent materials.
Cloud Vellum: This beautiful cloudy white material is a less translucent layering choice. This materials contains fibers that may appear as brown or black dots.
Translucent Vellum: If you prefer a paper feel for you dashboards, this is an alternative to our matte plastic material that offers a similar translucent feel. This materials contains fibers that may appear as brown or black dots. 135GSM.
Medium Weight Card Stock: These stunning 110-135lb card stocks comes in a variety of textures and adds protection to the writing paper inside.

Handling & Care

Due to the nature of printed toner ink, the printed area of dividers is subject to wear and tear. For the longevity of any printed product, here are some tips:

Avoid touching the surface of the print area with your hand as natural oil and acid can cause premature deterioration. Hold the printed area (eg. divider tabs with text) by the edges or from below.
Reduce surface scratches by avoiding contact with sharp and hard objects such as fingernails and pens.
Prevent the toner ink from lifting due to foreign materials by keeping materials with sticky or adhesive nature away from the printed areas (eg. stickers, tape, some vinyls, etc).
PVC (polyvinyl chloride) vinyl are known to be not archival-safe. They can release plasticizers and acidic gases over time, which may lead to ink lifting, transfer, or sticking when in prolonged contact with printed surfaces.

Finishing: Pre-punched 6 hole for ring planners (Pocket, A6, Personal, Personal Wide, A5). Pre-punched for disc-bound planners (Half Letter, Mini HP)
