We ship everywhere around the world. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered with tracking using the shipping method of your choice.
Processing Times
- Our regular order production / processing time is usually 1 - 10 Business Days (2 Weeks). During sales and store events this time may be longer and will be announced on the cart page before you checkout your order.
- Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays
- During special sales and shop events this time may be extended by an additional 5 - 10 business days and will be communicated on our website on the cart page.
- Our special order products usually have a processing time of 1 - 15 business days (3 Weeks). During sales and store events this time may be longer and will be announced on the cart page before you checkout your order.
- Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays and out of office holidays.
- During special sales and shop events this time may be extended by an additional 5 - 10 business days and will be communicated on our website on the cart page.
- Subscription orders are sent the next month between the 15 - 20th
- For example, if you placed your order on January 25th, it will be shipped on February 15 - 20th.
- For Preorder order products, the processing time will be displayed on the corresponding product page. Please note that any errors and changes to your order will result in a longer processing time.

- Shipping insurance for your order can be purchased on our cart page. The cost is calculated on your order total before shipping.
- Renewed subscription orders (initial order not included) includes complimentary insurance coverage.
International Shipping
- Estimated Arrival: 2 - 6 Weeks
- This economy shipping method uses a combination of shipping carriers, starting with USPS. Estimated delivery date is usually available once the package reaches your local carrier.
- The package is shipped from our location using USPS and travels to a international shipping hub in the USA. This portion usually takes about 1 week.
- The package now awaits transportation to its final destination. With an economy package, this route can have some layovers in other countries once it leaves the USA.
- Once the package arrives in your country, the final "delivery tracking number" will be available to be clicked on for more detailed tracking. Customers can now contact the assigned local shipping company for customer service.
- Estimated Arrival: 1 - 6 Weeks
- Ships via Fedex Connect or USPS (Based on availability)
Calculated rates based on weight and destination are available at checkout.
Shipping Policy
All the delivery times displayed at checkout are estimates by the carrier, not guaranteed and do not include our processing times.
The customer is responsible for any taxes and custom charges. Please keep an eye on your tracking as your package may be returned to sender if these fees are not paid on time.
Once the package leaves our facility we release all monetary responsibility to the customer and the shipping company they chose to ship with at checkout. 8LOTUS is not responsible for any late delivery, undeliverable addresses, rejected packages or uninsured lost packages. The customer is responsible for filing claims for insurances included with your shipping carrier. If you purchased insurance for your order through us prior to checking out, please email hello@8lotus.co to file a claim. Insurance Claims must be made within 120 days of shipment.
Waiting times before a claim can be filed with our insurance company:
- Domestic: 20 days
- International: 40 days

Return Policy
Warranty & Customer Care
If there is a problem with a product due to our mistake, please do not hesitate to reach out to us anytime—we'll make sure to take care of you and make it right. To speed up the process please attach any relevant photos when reaching out to us at hello@8lotus.co.
Returns & Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to mistakes or change of mind. Since all our products are made to order or have limited stock, and we want to ensure that every customer receives only brand new items, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. We understand that sometimes mistakes happen when placing an order, please contact us to apply a one-time courtesy re-order discount for the same items in a different size for your replacement order.
Product Disclaimer
Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, you may find minor differences in print, color, hole punching and size from batch to batch. These variations will not hinder the use or fit of these products.
Please note that normal wear and tear over time may occur with all printed and ink-based products. Factors such as handling, exposure to sunlight, oils, and other environmental elements can naturally affect the appearance of ink and materials. Slight fading, smudging, or changes in color saturation are considered normal and not a defect in the product.
