Important: Kindly double check and be sure of your order before placing it, we do not accept order changes or cancellations after it has been placed. To ensure all customers receives brand new products, we do not accept returns / exchanges. Please review our full store policy prior to purchase. Reminders
1. Shipping & Processing Times: Business days are Monday - Friday excluding weekends and holidays. All items from a single order will be shipped together once they are all ready. If you would like non-special order items to be shipped first, please place these items into a separate order so shipping can be calculated correctly.
2. Cancellations: We do not accept order cancellations. Please double check your sizes and be sure of your order before placing it, thank you in advance for your understanding. If you have any questions or need clarification on any products or services, please reach out to us at hello@8lotus.co before placing your order.
3. Minimal Packaging: When this option is selected, products will be packaged together to reduce packaging waste. If you do not want our standard packaging where each product is packaged individually, please select this option. Multiple sheets of the same undated design will always be packaged together (eg. 15, 30, 60 sheets etc).
4. Order Insurance: While insurance is included with some carriers, it does not cover many situations, reimbursement can be limited or difficult to obtain. Optional order insurance provides broader protection and a smoother resolution process in cases of loss, damage, or delivery issues.
5. Returns & Exchanges: If we made a mistake on your order, we'll make sure to take care of you. We do not accept returns or exchanges, all products receive by all customers are brand new and not a returned product. Please see our full store policy here.
6. Planner Sizes: If you are new to our shop, don't forget to double check your planner size here. Our A6 size is true international A6 and measures 105 x 148mm. Tip for checking sizes: Press CTRL + F and enter in your size (eg. Personal) on your computer browser and it should highlight all the "Personal" size items in your cart.
7. Promotion Exclusions: Some discounts cannot be combined, while supplies last. Special order, dated, bundle, subscription, divider and gift card products are excluded from all promotions.
