1. At 8LOTUS, our products are made in small batches or made to order with the utmost care at our studio. If you have any issues at all with your order please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you promptly.

2. In order to ensure that all products received by our customers are brand new, we do not restock returned products and do not accept returns. If have any questions at all about our products and services, or wish to request a sample, please contact us.

3. We accept cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order if it has not been fulfilled. Please note that payment processing fees are not refundable and will be deducted from the order total should the original payment method be selected.
