Shipping
Most of our products are made to order and require the following processing times:
- Regular Orders: 1 - 10 Business Days (2 Weeks).
- Special Orders: 1 - 15 business days (3 Weeks).
- Subscription Orders: Sent the next month between the 15 - 20th
- Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays
- During special sales and shop events this time may be extended by an additional 5 - 10 business days and will be communicate at the top of our website and on this page.
- Processing times are always separate from shipping times. We do not offer any options to purchase a faster processing time.
All delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed and does not include our processing times.

- 1 - 6 Weeks for packages shipped to remote locations and orders selecting economy shipping
- Delivery Times: All the estimated delivery times displayed at are estimates by the carrier, not guaranteed and do not include our processing times. During the holidays, shipping carriers are more likely to experience delays, we advise ordering all products for the new year 2 months in advance to account for longer processing times and shipping delays.
- All items from an orders will be shipped together: If you have any items that require longer processing times such as special order, preorder or subscription products, the processing time will be extended for the entire order. One order = one shipment.
- Custom Duties & Taxes: The customer is responsible for any taxes and custom charges. Please keep an eye on your tracking as your package may be returned to sender if these fees are not paid on time.
- Lost & Missing Packages: Once the package leaves our facility we release all monetary responsibility to the customer and the shipping company they chose to ship with at checkout. 8LOTUS is not responsible for any late delivery, undeliverable addresses, rejected packages or uninsured lost packages. - Insurance & Claims: The customer is responsible for filing claims for insurances included with your shipping carrier. If you purchased insurance for your order through us prior to checking out, please email hello@8lotus.co to file a claim. Insurance Claims must be made within 30 days of shipment. You can request to remove any automatic insurance from your order within 1 hour of placing your order if it has not shipped.

Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures that every product received by our valued customers are brand new and unused, as no returned items are ever restocked or resold. For issues with your order, please see our customer care section below.
Please be sure of your order before placing it. If you have any questions about our products and services, or if you wish to request a sample (digital or physical sample) don't hesitate to contact us at hello@8lotus.co.
We understand that sometimes mistakes happen when placing an order, please contact us to apply a one-time courtesy re-order discount for the same items in a different size for your replacement order.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, you may find minor differences in print, color, hole punching and size from batch to batch. These variations will not hinder the use or fit of these products. Normal wear and tear over time may occur with all printed and ink-based products. Factors such as handling, exposure to sunlight, oils, and other environmental elements can naturally affect the appearance of ink and materials. Slight fading, smudging, or changes in color saturation are considered normal and not a defect in the product.
We do not accept cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. This policy ensures that we can produce your made-to-order items promptly and fairly. If there are any reason that cause a delay in the processing of your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
