Printing Guide

  • Print on high-quality paper for best results
  • Print with high-quality printer for best results (We recommend a laser printer with high-resolution (600dpi or higher) to best reflect the design.

Manual Double Sided Printing

  1. By default, Adobe Acrobat should center the files as shown in the print preview in the image below. If your file is not centered, select “Auto portrait/landscape” under “Orientation”.
  2. Select the number of copies you would like to print (we recommend doing a page of test printing first if you have not printed our planner inserts before)
  3. Select to print “Odd Pages” only.
  4. Select “Actual Size” for printing size and handling
  5. Print
  6. Turn your page(s) to print on the other side (each printer’s settings are different so please make sure to test how your printer handles manual double-sided printed)
  7. Select the same number of copies as step 1
  8. Select to print “Even Pages”
  9. Print

Duplex (Automatic Double Sided) Printing

  1. By default, Adobe Acrobat should center the files as shown in the print preview in the image below. If your file is not centered, select “Auto portrait/landscape” under “Orientation”.
  2. Select the number of copies you would like to print (we recommend doing a test print first if you have not printed our planner inserts before)
  3. Select “Actual Size” for printing size and handling
  4. Select “Print on both sides of paper”
  5. Select “flip on short edge” or “flip on long edge” depending on your printers settings. We recommend to do a test if you do not already know which option to choose.
