- Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please carefully review your order before placing it. Please contact us if you need to initiate a return / exchange.
Current Delays: Due to the impact of Covid-19, domestic and international shipping times may be delayed. We highly recommend shipping with UPS or DHL for international orders for faster delivery. UPS is also available for domestic orders.
- Delivery times are estimated at checkout and do not include processing times. Current processing times are 1 - 10 business days. Up to 15 business days for custom orders. Business days are Monday - Friday not including US public holidays.
International Custom Taxes & Fees: The customer is responsible for any customs/tax charges for orders outside of the United States. We highly recommend the customer check with their preferred shipping carrier (USPS, DHL, or UPS) to confirm these charges before placing an order.
- Insurance: We suggest purchasing insurance on your order/shipment as once the package is shipped we do release monetary responsibly to the customer. Shipping options with insurance are available at checkout. Restrictions may apply to some countries (See full details /terms here).
- United States Postal Service (USPS) claims must be submitted and received within 100 calendar days of the shipment date. If the claim is for a lost package, the Insured must wait 30 calendar days (Domestic shipments) or 50 calendar days (International shipments) before filing a claim. You are required to fill and sign an online affidavit during the claim process.
- Orders over $100 in the USA may require a signature upon delivery.
- 8Lotus is not responsible for any "late" delivery or lost packages, but please contact us for assistance.
- Variations & Paper
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, you may find slight variation between each.
- We use partially recycled papers and upon careful inspection you may find small fibers or particles on the papers.
- Digital Orders
- Digital orders except size requests are fulfilled automatically and you should receive a download link on the order completion page. Another link will be emailed to you shortly.
- Our printables include grey lines. Please ensure that your printer can print this kind of color before purchasing.
- All digital products are for personal use only. All 8Lotus designs are protected by law.
- If you have made a mistake or purchased two of the same digital products, please contact us with your order number(s) and we can issue you a store credit.
- We do not accept returns on digital, custom, or pre-order products, but please contact us if you experience any issues.
- We accept returns when notified within 7 days of delivery and received back within 30 days of delivery for physical products.
All returned item(s) must be unused and in their original condition.
- All returns to the original payment are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the initial shipping costs. No restocking fee will be charged for store credit exchange. For orders that received free shipping courtesy of 8Lotus a $5 - 10 USD shipping deduction will be added. Any items kept and not returned, will be deducted from the refund total at its full retail price. This includes retail products (not freebies) that were discounted or gifted with the original purchase through a promotion or sale.
- The shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please allow up to 15 business days for your return or exchange to be processed. If you choose to place a new order before your return or exchange is processed, the restocking fee will be voided on your return.
