- We do not accept returns on digital, custom, bundle, on sale / last chance, or pre-order products, but please contact us if you experience any issues.
- We accept returns when notified within 7 days of delivery and received back within 14 days of delivery for physical products.
All returned item(s) must be unused and in their original condition.
Returns to Original Payment: All returns to the original payment are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Store Credit: No restocking fees will be charged for store credit exchange.
- Shipping fees are not refundable. The original cost of shipping on Free Shipping orders will deducted. Cost of return labels will be deducted.
- Any items kept and not returned, will be deducted from the refund total at its full retail price.
- The shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to use our return label the cost of shipping associated with the label will be deducted from the refund or exchange credit.
- Please allow up to 15 business days upon arrival for your return or exchange to be processed.
- Your purchase includes a 1 year warranty for any manufacturing defects on planner inserts and dividers produced in house.
