We ship everywhere around the world. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered with the shipping carrier of your choice.

Processing Times

Our products are prepared in small batches or made to order. Please allow the following times for us to prepare your order:

  • Regular Orders: 1 - 7 Business Days
  • Special Orders: 1 - 15 Business Days
  • Pre-Orders: Up to 5 Weeks
  • Business days are Monday - Friday excluding holidays and store breaks.
  • Sale and new release processing times are up to 10 business days.

  • USA: $7.95 USD +
  • International: $19.95 USD+
  • Delivery time & rates at checkout
  • Insured shipping methods are highly recommended to protect your package

Fedex International

  • Please check with us if your address quantifies for our discounted Fedex rates.
  • If your address qualifies we will use this method to ship your package when 'economy shipping' is selected at checkout. Packages usually arrives in 2 - 8 days.

Shipping Policy

  1. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and do not include processing times.
  2. The customer is responsible for any customs / tax charges.
  3. Once the package leaves our facility we release all monetary responsibility to the customer. 8Lotus is not responsible for any late delivery, undeliverable addresses, rejected packages or uninsured lost packages, but please contact us for assistance.
  4. Insurance Claims must be made within 120 days of shipment. Domestic waiting time: 20 days. International waiting time: 40 days.

Returns

We accept returns when notified within 7 days of delivery and received back within 14 days of delivery for physical products. All returned item(s) must be unused and in their original condition with proof of purchase. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of any return labels used will be deducted. The cost of free shipping received in the order will be deducted.

Non-returnable Products
We do not accept returns on digital, dated, special order, custom, personalized, preorder or sale products. Please double check your order prior to purchase to ensure all sizes are correct.


Exchanges

To speed up this process: once your return request has been accepted, place a new order. After processing your return we will issue a refund, free of restocking fees, back to your original payment method.

Refunds
As most of our products are made to order, we do not offer refund to original payment.
