Returns & Exchanges

Contact us at hello@8lotus.co if there is anything wrong with your order. We look forward to resolving any issues as soon as possible. Please include your order number and attach photos of any defects to speed up this process. • We do not accept returns / exchanges on these types of products:
• Digital
• Dated
• Special Order (Custom, Personalized)
• Pre-orders
• Any products that have been discounted / sale items

• We accept returns when notified within 7 days of delivery and received back within 14 days of delivery for physical products.
  
  
• All returned item(s) must be unused and in their original condition.
  
  
• Returns to Original Payment: All returns to the original payment are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  
  
• Store Credit / Exchanges: All returns to store credit are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
  
  
• Shipping fees are not refundable. The original cost of shipping on Free Shipping orders will deducted. Cost of return labels will be deducted.
  
  
• The shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. If available and you choose to use our return label, the cost of shipping associated with the label will be deducted from the refund or exchange credit.

• If your order no longer qualifies for the discounts in your original order due to a partial return, the price will be adjusted and reflected on your return balance.
  
  
• Please allow up to 15 business days upon arrival for your return or exchange to be processed.
  
  
• All returns are accepted at the discretion of 8LOTUS. Please carefully review your order prior to purchase.
  
  

Exchanges 

• All exchanges are subject to a 5% restocking/processing fee (waived for the first exchange).
• To speed up this process: once your return request has been accepted, place a new order and let us know the order number. After processing your return we will issue a refund back to your original payment method.
  
  

Warranty

Your purchase includes a 1 year warranty for any manufacturing defects on planner inserts and dividers produced in house.
